In The Netherlands, we are searching for a Business Compliance Officer to join the Client Due Diligence team. Together with the client-facing coworkers from the client units and the Center Of Excellence in India, the CDD team is in charge of all customer due diligence-related compliance issues.
ZO ZIJN WIJ EEN MATCH
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience in the corporate services sector, or, for an experienced function, a minimum of 5 years of work experience;
- A minimum master's degree in law or (other) related (master) degree that offers a solid foundation;
- Understanding of laws, rules, and processes in-depth or a desire to do so, especially with regard to Wtt 2018, Wwft 2018, and sanctions regulations;
- Attention to detail, a critical yet pragmatic attitude, and a problem-solving mindset;
- Excellent written and spoken English fluency, Dutch is a pré;
- Good planning and drawing abilities;
- Dutch resident.

Process management and quality assurance are crucial components of your job as a Business Compliance Officer working on client acceptance files. You and your team serve as the initial point of contact for client teams and updates on the KYC procedure. You will keep an eye on the client acceptance file's deadlines and development.
Your Responsibilities:- You are accountable for performing high-quality CDD technical reviews in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures;
- You are accountable for completing each month the number of files determined in agreement with the Client Teams and the CDD Team Director;
- You are accountable for maintaining contact with the Client Teams;
- You are accountable for managing the client outreach process with the Client Teams. The amount of times and questions asked during client outreach will be kept to a minimum. It will also be prompt and client-friendly.
